five-star in my book. I work in the service
industry so let me first say the woman on the
phone was superb. She did not rush me in any
way, answered all of my questions and even
offered tips and hints that I found helpful.
Secondly, shipping was same day! How rare.
Usually when I order something I expect it to
take a few days to leave a warehouse, this left
the same day and I had it in two using
first-class mail! (Beautiful packaging by the
way. My daughters were in love with the boxes!)
Faster than some things I've used UPS for! Third
and final, the earrings are adorable. I was
worried that dangles would be too much for my
two year old petite twins but they hang just
below the lobe and are so delicate. They are
exactly what I wanted and I plan on using The
Jewelry Vine again in the near future!
