Once your order ships, you will receive an
email confirmation with your package's tracking
number.

and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Signature Confirmation
The Jewelry Vine is not responsible for
any package that is claimed to be stolen or lost
once it has confirmed to have been delivered by
USPS.
For additional security, you may add
Signature Confirmation Express Mail automatically
requires signature confirmation.
Please Note: The Jewelry Vine
reserves the right to add signature
confirmation, at our expense, to any package. We
will notify you in your shipping confirmation
email if your signature is required.
USPS Express Shipping
The USPS Express service commitment is 1-2 days
depending upon your zip code.
We make every
effort to ship Express Orders the same day if
your order is placed by 3pm EST.

delivery due to inclement weather

or Delayed Packages
In the rare event that our shipping
carrier states that they have delivered your
package, but you claim that you did not receive
it, we will file an insurance claim for your
order. In order for us to refund your order
or send you replacement merchandise, we first need to receive a letter
from you stating
that the item was ordered, but wasn't received.
Your signature is required on this letter.
USPS requires 21 days before a package is deemed
"lost."
