Return
Policy
The Jewelry Vine has a 14-Day Return Policy from
the day that you receive your order.
All unworn, undamaged items are returnable
except for
bulk orders (quantities of more than 5
pieces per style),
custom engraved items, special orders,
and custom orders.
Items must be returned in their original
condition -- unworn, and undamaged
and in their original packaging. Returns are
subject to our approval once we verify the
condition of the item.
Jewelry that shows sign of wear, or has been
damaged WILL NOT be accepted for a
return.
Shipping fees ARE NOT refundable even in
the case of an item that is automatically
returned because a customer provided an
incorrect shipping address, or because a
customer chose not to accept the package.
If a customer receives free shipping, or a
refund for shipping fees when placing the order,
and then chooses to return the item, the
shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from the
refund.
Shipping fees on replacement merchandise are
the customer's responsibility.
We will refund the full cost of the item when it
is returned in satisfactory condition
excluding shipping, handling and insurance
charges. Refunds will be made in the same form
as the original purchase. Once your package is
received and processed by our returns
department, you will be credited for the
purchase price of the jewelry.
The USPS Express service commitment is
1-2 days depending upon your zip code. Inclement
weather may effect delivery time. Please be
aware that USPS does guarantee delivery if
inclement weather prevents them from delivering
your package.
International Shipping costs never include
import duties or custom fees. Customers are
fully responsible for all duties, taxes, and
fees. These fees are not deducted from returns.
Before returning an item, please obtain a return
authorization number from us.
Please
contact us for your return
authorization number.
Packages without a return authorization
number will not be accepted.
Please follow these instructions when
returning an item:
- Please return the item in a box or
bubble-wrap envelope so that it is well
protected. All items must be returned in
their original gift box.
- Please make sure your return address is
on the package.
- Write your return authorization number
on the outside of the package. We will give
you the shipping address to return your
package when you contact us for your return
authorization number.
- For your protection, we highly suggest
that you insure the package for the full
amount of the invoice, including any
shipping charges you incur. The Jewelry Vine
is not responsible for lost or damaged
return shipments.
Order
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order for any
reason, please contact us immediately. As long
as your item hasn't already shipped, we will
gladly cancel your order and refund your
account. If your item has shipped, we will
refund your purchase, minus shipping charges,
once the item is returned.
Exchanges
The Jewelry Vine does not exchange merchandise.
If you are not pleased with your purchase you
may return it. You can then order the item you
would have liked to exchange it for. We will
make every effort to ship your package to you as
soon as possible. Shipping fees are the
customer's responsibility.
Lost
Packages
In the rare event that our shipping
carrier states that they have delivered your
package, but you claim that you did not receive
it, we will file an insurance claim for your
order. In order for us to refund your order
or send you replacement merchandise, we will
first need to receive a detailed letter stating
that the item was ordered, but wasn't received.
Your signature is required on this letter and
must be received before we can refund you or
send you replacement merchandise.
