Payment:
Your credit card will be
charged at checkout for all the items in your
shopping cart.
Domestic Orders:
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American
Express and
Paypal for orders within the United States.
We also accept money orders and cashier's
checks
from U.S. banks. We do not accept personal
checks. For particularly large orders, we may
require a money order, bank check, or wire
transfer.
International Orders:
Payment must be made through PayPal
and you must be a verified PayPal user with a
confirmed billing address. We also accept wire
transfers, certified checks, and money orders.
VAT, Customs, Duty or Import Fees are the customer's
responsibility.
We
reserve the right to refund any order, at any
time, at our discretion.
Free Shipping Policy
If you receive free shipping with your order, and you
return the entire order, please note that we will deduct $4.95 from the total
refund to cover our shipping and handling costs to you.
Replacement or Repair
We warranty our
jewelry for 30 days against any manufacturer's
defects. If a jewelry item fails within that
period of time, we will either repair or replace
the item. Issues arising from normal wear and
tear, accidental breakage, loss, or abuse are
not covered. The
customer is responsible for a $5.00 shipping and
handling fee. This payment should be sent to us
with the item being returned
in the form of a check or money order payable to
The Jewelry Vine. Please remember that items
being shipped back to us must be sent back in a
box or bubble envelope.
Sales Tax
The Jewelry Vine is required by law to collect
7% New Jersey state sales tax for purchases in
the State of NJ.
Cancellations
at Our Discretion
The Jewelry Vine reserves the right
to cancel and refund any order that we deem
suspect or fraudulent.
Lost Packages
In the rare event that our shipping
carrier states that they have delivered your
package, but you claim that you did not receive
it, we will file an insurance claim for your
order. In order for us to refund your order
or send you replacement merchandise, we will
first need to receive a detailed letter stating
that the item was ordered, but wasn't received.
Your signature is required on this letter and
must be received before we can refund you or
send you replacement merchandise.
Promotional Codes
It is our policy that we accept only one
promotional code per order. Discount codes may
not be combined.
Only one discount offer can be
applied at any given time.
